“House M.D.” actress Olivia Wilde has sold her Los Feliz home for $2,190,950.
The Spanish villa, built in 1929, features a courtyard entry, original Malibu tile, stained glass, wood floors and beamed ceilings. There are French doors, a screening room with a bar, a library/study, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the 3,284-square-foot two-story home. The grounds include a gazebo.
Wilde, 29, was a regular on “House” from 2007 to 2012. She will star in the film “Drinking Buddies,” due out in July.
Public records show Wilde bought the property in 2011 for $2.295 million.
Judy Cycon of Rodeo Realty and Harriet Cameron and Nikki Joel of Prudential’s Sherman Oaks office were the listing agents. Ryan H. Sarkissian of ReMax/Elite represented the buyer.
