Actress Poppy Montgomery seeks a buyer for her Pacific Palisades traditional
Actress Poppy Montgomery of “Without a Trace” fame has put her home in Pacific Palisades on the market for $4.985 million.
The traditional-style home, designed by architect Kenneth Ungar, has a classic “Leave it to Beaver” quality with crisp white siding, dormers and picture windows paired with dark-hued shutters. A brick-lined walkway ends at a covered porch and Dutch-style front door.
Inside the 7,800 square feet of living space has oak floors, hand-honed woodwork and fireplace mantels in the family and living rooms. Another fireplace resides in the master bedroom. There are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in all.
A chef’s kitchen features an oversized island and a pass-through that connects to the formal dining room. A sitting room with French doors and mountain views is at the top of the staircase. On the lower level, there’s also a media room and a wine cellar.
Folding doors open to a covered patio for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Sloping lawns, formal landscaping,a built-in barbecue and a two-car garage also lie within the grounds.
Clifford Rowe and Andrea Tzadik of Teles Properties hold the listing.

She bought the house new two years ago for about $4.899 million, The Times previously reported.
