Actor Roger Cross of the television series "Dark Matter" has sold a house in Hollywood Hills West for $1.7 million.

There are living, dining and family rooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The upstairs master suite has a balcony and canyon views.

He bought the property in 2006 for $1.525 million.
