Fashion mogul Serge Azria lists his Brentwood home with a view

Serge Azria, the fashion designer behind Joie, Equipment and Current/Elliott, is ready to break out of Brentwood.

His Mediterranean-style home of three years is on the market for $3.395 million. That’s $730,000 more than he paid for it in 2016, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Set in a gated community, the property enjoys mountain views from its hillside perch. Brick and clay tile touch up the exterior, and shades of beige and white keep things calm inside.

In 5,024 square feet, there are five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A tile foyer with a sweeping staircase kicks things off before opening up to a step-down living room.

Other living spaces include a center-island kitchen, a dining room with a mirrored wall and a family room with a fireplace and wet bar.

There’s a loft upstairs, as well as a master suite with dual walk-in closets and an office. It extends to a private balcony, which overlooks the landscaped backyard with a brick patio and palm-topped pool.

Jimmy Heckenberg of Rodeo Realty Beverly Hills holds the listing.

In addition to fashion, Azria is busy in real estate on both coasts. Last year, he listed a Manhattan condo for $14.75 million and a Bel-Air estate built by architect Paul Williams for $25 million.
