Actress Theresa Russell has sold her Midcentury Modern home in the Beverly Crest area.
Actress Theresa Russell of “Spider-Man 3” has sold a house in the Beverly Crest area for $3.45 million.
The gated house, built in 1948, looks in on a swimming pool. The wrap-around deck takes in a glimpse of ocean and canyon views as well.
Approached by a flagstone pathway, the stacked-stone-and-stucco house is entered through double doors. Large windows bring light into the 4,138 square feet of interiors.
An office, a bonus room off the pool, four bedrooms and six bathrooms are among the living spaces. A terrace sits off the living room.
The property had been leased in recent years, going for $16,000 a month two years ago.
Russell, 58, got her big-screen start in “The Last Tycoon” (1976). Last year she was in the movies “A Winter Rose” and “Moving Mountains.”
