Police search for suspects after two men are fatally shot in Hollywood
Two men were killed in a shooting Sunday morning in Hollywood, police said.
The unidentified men, who were in their 20s, were among a group of people who were gathered shortly after 12 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of La Brea Avenue and Sunset Boulevard when “an argument broke out” and someone pulled out a gun and fired “numerous rounds,” Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Jeff Lee said.
Two men were struck. One died at the scene; the other died later in a hospital.
The victims were from the Lancaster/Palmdale area, according to ABC 7.
Two men from the group fled on foot, Lee said. Police are searching for them.
