Showtime “will not go home empty-handed” from the 2015 Emmys on Sunday night, the network’s president boldly declared the night before the awards.

David Nevins’ prediction, made at the network’s Emmy Eve Party on Saturday night in West Hollywood, was safely hedged. With the most lead actor and actress series Emmy nominations of any network or streaming service, an honor he made sure to proudly repeat several times while addressing guests at the festivities, Showtime already has one trophy in the bag.

“We already have a winner in the room. Joan Cusack,” Nevins said, giving a nod to her outstanding guest actress win last weekend at the Creative Arts Emmys for her performance in “Shameless.”

The Sunset Tower Hotel provided an ideal setting for the celebration. The party extended from the lounge and out onto the terrace, where guests could snag a plush velvet booth or enjoy a sweeping view of the city.

Lead actor nominee William H. Macy and guest actor nominee Beau Bridges greeted each other by the bar with a fist-bump and an embrace early on in the evening.

The relaxed vibe was enhanced by the comfort-food passed appetizers, which included cheeseburger sliders, pigs in a blanket and mushroom risotto balls.

Macy’s “Shameless” cast members Shanola Hampton and Jeremy Allen White arrived at the party together.

“Let’s say hi to Bill!” Hampton eagerly told White. But before the two of them could take another step, Macy sneaked up behind them, giving them a bear hug.

The “Shameless” love did not end there. Macy’s wife, an almost unrecognizable Felicity Huffman, who’d ditched her classic blonde locks for a chocolate brown hue, joined the group.

“It’s the best show on TV. You’re all so good on it,” gushed a proud Huffman, who is nominated for an Emmy for her role in “American Crime.”

As lead actor nominee Liev Schreiber arrived with partner Naomi Watts, a spark of energy filled the room. The couple barely made it off the red carpet before fans asked to take photos with Schreiber.

Watts tucked away in the corner seat of a booth out on the terrace while Schreiber made rounds, catching up with his “Ray Donovan” cast mates, including Dash Mihok and Kerris Dorsey.

As soon as “Homeland” nominee Claire Danes stepped off the carpet, a friend asked her how she is doing.

“Jet-lagged! Really jet-lagged. We just got back last night. I slept about three hours,” said the “Homeland” star, who had been in Berlin earlier this month shooting the fifth season of the Emmy-nominated drama series.

Wearing a little black dress with a revealing side slit, and sheer black pumps, Danes appeared far from sleep-deprived.

As the night went on, guests sipped on Ketel One Golden Mule and French martini cocktails, while listening to the live music of Grammy-winning artist Jakob Dylan (the Wallflowers) and vocalist Jade Castrinos (formerly of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros).

“House of Lies” actor Ben Schwartz chatted with Helen Hunt — that is, until a caterer carrying a tray full of chocolate chip cookies and brownie bites approached their booth. Schwartz quickly tapped the caterer on the shoulder, who held the tray of sweet treats out for guests.

Lead actor nominee in a comedy series Matt LeBlanc rounded out his night smoking a cigarette on the terrace. He appeared more than happy when a fan interrupted, asking if they could take a selfie. This, quickly followed by another gushing fan interruption.

“I adore you,” the fan kept repeating. To which LeBlanc humbly looked down with a smile, quietly thanking her. (The fan immediately high-fived her gal pal--proud of the LeBlanc interaction she had.)

Just as the party began winding down, Danes exited with husband Hugh Dancy. As the couple stepped outside the Sunset Tower Hotel, a large crowd of fans snapped photos and yelled Danes’ name from the sidewalk.

“It’s totally up to you,” Dancy told his wife.

Before getting in her car, Danes walked over to her enthusiastic fans, signing posters and magazine covers for them. Jet-lag ain’t got nothin’ on her!
