Kim Richards, one of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” will be arraigned Thursday on three misdemeanors that could -- but, let’s get real, likely won’t -- land her in jail for 2½ years.

Her legal load so far? Misdemeanor charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery on a peace officer, originally filed May 11, the prosecutor said.

Richards was arrested in the wee hours April 16 outside the Polo Lounge after allegedly causing a drunken ruckus and then holing up in a bathroom as she refused to leave the Beverly Hills Hotel despite the urging of security personnel.

At the police station after her arrest, the 50-year-old allegedly kicked an officer, aiming for his groin but missing and hitting him in the leg instead, L.A. Now reported at the time.

In cop talk, the reality-TV diva showed “objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication,” which might have fans of the show wondering exactly how they could tell. Dinner party, anyone?

Richards went to rehab about a week and a half after making bail, then checked herself out in mid-May to go to her daughter’s bridal shower and then wedding in Mexico -- a trip that was rumored not to have gone well. She reportedly went back into treatment last week. This is a different facility than the one in Malibu where she spent three weeks after the April arrest, according to E! News. TMZ said she intends to stay in treatment for 30 to 60 days this time.

Richards went to rehab for alcohol abuse in late 2011 and told Bravo’s Andy Cohen in an interview shortly afterward, “I’m an alcoholic.”
