Minutes after news broke of Robin Williams’ death, it seemed everyone took to social media to share stories of what the iconic Hollywood legend meant to them.

Celebrities were no exception.

One of those was comedian and veteran “Saturday Night Live” cast member Norm Macdonald, who, in 20 concise tweets, shares his marvelous story of meeting Williams before Macdonald’s first stand-up appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman.”
