Ojai Storytelling Festival Celebrate the art of telling tales at the 12th annual Ojai Storytelling Festival. This year’s lineup includes Dan Keding, Jude Narita, Regi Carpenter, Antonio Sacre and Donald Davis. AltBuild Expo As the eighth annual AltBuild Expo demonstrates, green is the new black. The eco-friendly design and building exhibition features more than 40 speakers on topics such as sustainable construction, urban farming, water conservation and minimizing carbon footprints. The event also includes hands-on demonstrations, free expert consultations and a design contest using shipping containers. Unique L.A. The country’s largest independent design and gift show, Unique L.A. returns with locally crafted clothing, jewelry, home décor, pet goods, edibles, art, posters, prints, plus much more. “Pop-Sequentialism: Comic Art of the Modern Age” This exhibit brings together an assortment of comic book art for purchase.
