Leila George stars as a college theater student who brings home a new love interest (Emily Meade) in this remake of the 1996 TV movie that adds a same-sex supernatural twist. Tori Spelling and Ivan Sergei, who co-starred in the original film, are also featured, and James Franco executive produces and also stars. 8 p.m. Lifetime
The Convenient Groom A celebrity relationship coach (Vanessa Marcil) faces public humiliation when her fiance (Aaron Craven) breaks up with her and calls off their wedding just as she is about to go public with their nuptials. Fortunately, a childhood friend (David Sutcliffe) steps up and pretends he’s her groom-to-be to help her save face in this new romantic comedy. 9 p.m. Hallmark
