Blindspot Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) and the team join forces with a U.S. marshal (guest star Trieste Kelly Dunn) to stop a mob leader after a failed attempt to assassinate a politician during a rally. Jaimie Alexander, Rob Brown, Archie Panjabi, Ashley Johnson and Michelle Hurd also star. 8 p.m. NBC

Arrow Curtis, Wild Dog and Evelyn Sharp (Echo Kellum, Rick Gonzalez, Madison McLaughlin) become Oliver's (Stephen Amell) new team, but some of them may not be up to the task. Emily Bett Rickards also stars. 8 p.m. KTLA

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit An athlete's (Brit Morgan) secret life makes her reluctant to testify against the man who sexually assaulted her.
