Lindsay Lohan makes her Liz Taylor debut in ‘Liz & Dick’ trailer
Lindsay Lohan may not be able to leave the tabloid headlines behind her (she’s currently in trouble for an alleged hit-and-run incident in New York City), but the newly released teaser trailer for her upcoming Lifetime movie, “Liz & Dick,” is enough to remind people that she was once mainly known for her acting talent.
The TV film stars Lohan as Liz Taylor and Grant Bowler as Richard Burton and chronicles the two performers’ tempestuous love affair, which began on the set of “Cleopatra.”
The film, which is set to premiere on Lifetime in November, was shot earlier this summer and generated negative headlines during filming when paramedics were called to Lohan’s hotel penthouse in Santa Monica. Though initial reports claimed the actress was taken to the hospital, it was later revealed that she was only suffering from dehydration and exhaustion after shooting on the film nonstop for two days.
Though there’s not enough shown in the teaser to determine just how good or bad the film will be, it definitely looks juicy enough to get Lohan’s remaining fans to tune in. The question is, will anyone else?
