Fox’s new drama trailers: ‘Almost Human,’ ‘Sleepy Hollow,’ ‘Rake’
Fox released three trailers to preview its new drama series for 2013-14. They are “Almost Human,” “Sleepy Hollow” and “Rake.”
In an attempt to restore ratings that fell by 20% last season, the network announced shows that were heavy on established talent.
“Almost Human” comes courtesy of TV heavyweight J.J. Abrams (“Fringe,” “Lost” and the “Mission: Impossible” franchise) and stars Karl Urban (“Star Trek”), Michael Ealy (“Sleeper Cell”) and Lili Taylor (“Six Feet Under”).

Set 35 years in the future, “Almost Human” takes place in a world where police work with human-like androids to fight crime.
“Sleepy Hollow” stars Tom Minson (“Salmon Fishing in the Yemen”) as Ichabod Crane in a modern re-imagining of the classic Washington Irving story. Only this time the future of humanity is at stake.
Finally, “Rake,” which stars Greg Kinnear and is slated for midseason, is a legal drama that explores the nature of addiction. Kinnear plays a brilliant defense attorney whose self-destructive habits often interfere with his work life.
A trailer for the new season of “24,” is not available.
