Karl Lagerfeld interviewed Lady Gaga for Harper’s Bazaar’s September issue, and spent some time talking about his famous cat Choupette and Lady G’s French bulldog, Asia. We learn that unlike Choupette, Asia does not have a maid. But he does get homemade puppy food prepared by Gaga. And he would definitely get along with Choupette should the two meet, she says. Besides being interviewed by Lagerfeld, Lady Gaga is on one of the magazine’s three U.S. September covers. The other two are fronted by Penelope Cruz and Linda Evangelista. All three women are part of a feature on icons by Carine Roitfeld, 19 women deemed by Bazaar’s global fashion director to be “always in fashion.” The others are Lara Stone, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Mariacarla Boscono, Joan Smalls, Stephanie Seymour, Isabeli Fontana, Laetitia Casta, Carolyn Murphy, Monica Bellucci, Gigi Hadid, Brooke Shields, Eva Herzigova, Iman, Stacy Martin and Lauren Hutton.
