Duff Goldman's Charm City Cakes West is whipping up chocolate cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream and a red bow. And in addition to offering an entire department of Hello Kitty candies, Dylan's Candy Bar at The Grove is serving up a vanilla sundae topped with fresh strawberries, rainbow sprinkles, whipped cream, and a Hello Kitty cookie.
In the mood for something more savory? Ramen plus Hello Kitty nori equals super cute noodle heaven at Daikokuya Sawtelle.
