A helping hand in San Diego

Regarding “Lost? Confused? Help Just Might Be Standing Nearby” [Travel Insider, May 1]: There is a hard-working group of volunteers at San Diego International Airport. We have 280 people who volunteer from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. 365 days a year. Last year, our volunteers assisted more than 1 million passengers in San Diego and donated almost 33,000 volunteer hours.
Thanks for shining some light on these hard-working airport volunteers.
