Contest Rules

Entries will be accepted online from noon Saturday, May 31 to noon Saturday, June 14. For the entry form, please click here. You may submit as many unique entries as you would like. Finalists will be announced online by noon Saturday, June 28th and will appear in print June 29th. The best suggestions will appear online by noon Saturday, Aug. 2 and will be featured in print Aug. 3rd.

If your entry is chosen, we will send a travel writer to your destination to write a feature-length article that will appear online and in print. In addition, you will win praise from your family and friends for your shrewdness.

The winning submissions will be selected by a panel of Times travel editors and writers. Suggestions will be judged on uniqueness, charm, entertainment-value and on the whim of the judges.
