Actor Larry Hagman‘s penthouse in Santa Monica is on the market at $5.2 million.
The two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is in a building constructed in 1963 and includes 3,029 square feet of living space. The contemporary-style condo has views of the ocean and three parking spaces. Amenities include 24-hour security, a swimming pool and a gym.
Hagman, who died last year at 81, entertained generations of television viewers on “I Dream of Jeannie” (1965-70) and “Dallas” (1978-91). He reprised his role as J. R. Ewing on the current TNT series.
The property last changed hands in 1996 for $1.45 million, public records show.
