Charter modems: In the Nov. 17 Business section, an article about Charter Communications Inc.’s cable modem rental policy said that the company typically charges $4 to $12 a month to rent a modem. That’s the range industrywide. Charter does not charge a rental fee, but the modem cost is included in the overall Internet service fee.

Paris attacks: In the Nov. 15 Section A, an article about Nohemi Gonzalez, a Cal State Long Beach student killed in the attacks in Paris, said that she had never been out of the country before the current semester abroad. Gonzalez had traveled to Greece and Turkey in 2011.

Manhattan Project: In the Nov. 16 Section A, an article about the establishment of the Manhattan Project National Historical Park said that the Union of Concerned Scientists, an advocacy organization that focuses on energy and security issues, questioned whether anybody would want to go to a nuclear weapons factory and called it a “Disneyland for weapons of mass destruction.” The statements were made by an individual, not the organization itself.

Wayne Thom: A photo caption in the Nov. 15 Arts & Books section with an article about architectural photographer Wayne Thom said that the Hopi Cultural Center was in Mesa, Ariz. It is in Second Mesa, Ariz.

NFL news: A roundup of NFL news in the Nov. 14 Sports section identified Lamarcus Joyner, who was fined for a hit on Minnesota quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, as a member of the St. Louis Cardinals. He plays for the St. Louis Rams.
