Doctor evaluations: A Healthcare Watch column in the Feb. 9 Business section about physicians’ background and ratings gave the website name of an organization providing ratings as CalQualityCompare.org. The site is CalQualityCare.org, managed by the California Healthcare Foundation. The column also erroneously referred to it as a state ranking.
Concert photo: In a photo with the Feb. 10 Calendar section concert review of Daniel Lopatin, who performs as Oneohtrix Point Never, the caption identified the performer as Oneohtrix Point Never. The person in the photo is Nate Boyce, Oneohtrix Point Never’s visual artist.
Box office: A Feb. 10 Calendar section article on weekend box office results referred to “Mr. Peabody & Sherman” as a forthcoming Disney release. It is a DreamWorks film.
LMU basketball: A column in the Feb. 7 Sports section about Loyola Marymount basketball player Anthony Ireland referred to Erik Spoelstra as a point guard for Portland State. He was a point guard for the University of Portland.
EDD overhaul: An article in the Feb. 8 Section A about an overhaul of the state Employment Development Department misidentified the agency as the Economic Development Department.
