Charles Samuel, who pleaded guilty Friday to the murder of 17-year old Lily Burk, has a criminal record that dates back more than 30 years. Samuel, 50, pleaded guilty to killing Burk, a Los Angeles high school student, in a deal that spared him the death penalty in exchange for a sentence of life without possibility of parole.
