Reader’s recommend: Victorian Village Inn in Ferndale, Calif.
This totally restored B&B in charming Ferndale is a treasure. All the rooms are different with a variety of amenities from fireplaces to wing chairs in inviting alcoves. All rooms with tubs have the claw-footed vintage ones.
