Food and fireworks at July 4 celebration at L.A.’s Grand Park

Residents can attend a free July 4 celebration at Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles that will feature food trucks, music and a light and fireworks show.
The event will take place in all four blocks of the park, which stretches from City Hall to the County Hall of Administration. Food trucks will begin serving around 2 p.m. and residents are encouraged to bring their own food and picnic on the lawn.

Music will begin at 3 p.m. Bands including Ethio Cali and Jungle Fire are scheduled to play.
The fireworks and light show will start at 9 p.m.
Alcohol is not permitted and dogs must be leashed at all times.
