A northbound Metrolink train was delayed 90 minutes and another was canceled after an Amtrak train struck and killed a pedestrian at an Anaheim Metrolink station early Wednesday.

With the cancellation of Metrolink train 633, passengers have been redirected to an Amtrak train or provided a bus to complete their trip, said Metrolink spokesman Jeff Lustgarten.

As of 11 a.m. passengers were experiencing delays of 30 to 45 minutes, officials said.

Metrolink train 687, which was idled for 90 minutes, is now back in service.
