Visits to the Boeing factory begin at the nearby Future of Flight Aviation Center, 8415 Paine Field Blvd., Mukilteo, Wash.; (800) 464-1476, https://www.futureofflight.org. Its exhibits include a cutaway of a 787 Dreamliner. Visitors can also design their own airplane. Adult reserved tickets are $18; $12 for children ages 15 and younger, until Sept. 30. From Oct. 1-Dec. 24 and Jan. 3-March 31, adult reserved tickets are $16, and $9 for ages 15 and younger. A limited number of same-day, non-reserved tickets may be available Admission includes the museum and plant tour. Children must be at least 4 feet tall to go on the tour. Book well in advance, particularly in the summer.
