Dowell Loggains was promoted from quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator in 2016 after Adam Gase left to become the Dolphins head coach. Loggains has seven years NFL coaching experience including four as a quarterbacks coach and two seasons as offensive coordinator.

Zach Azzanni was hired by the Bears on Feb. 22 as their new wide receivers coach. He comes to the NFL from the University of Tennessee where he was the wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator for the past two seasons. Azzanni has worked for the Volunteers since 2013 and prior to that spent one season as the wide receivers coach at Wisconsin.

Dave Ragone was named quarterbacks coach in January 2016 after spending the 2015 season as an offensive quality control coach for the Redskins. Ragone has previously worked under new Bears offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains in Tennessee.

Curtis Modkins replaces Stan Drayton as the Bears’ running backs coach. He has 22 years of coaching experience, including nine years at the professional level with the 49ers, Lions, Bills, Cardinals and Chiefs.
Jeremiah Washburn replaces Dave Magazu as the Bears’ offensive line coach. He has 15 years of coaching and scouting experience at the NFL level.
