Boys’ basketball: Cerritos’ Evan Leonard commits to UC Irvine

Evan Leonard, a shooting guard at Cerritos who will be a senior this fall, has committed to UC Irvine.
The 6-foot-2 Leonard is known for his athleticism.
He averaged 22 points last season.
