Football: St. John Bosco defensive line is No. 1
- Share via
There might be debate about which team is No. 1 in football this fall, but there should be no debate about which team has the best defensive line.
St. John Bosco returns four starters, and that means trouble for opponents.
Jacob Callier is the sack man. He had 12 sacks last season. Junior Sal Spina is the tough, intelligent, relentless tackler willing to get dirty and mean. There’s also Kyle Murray and Nahe Salunga.
These guys will get to practice against St. John Bosco’s huge, powerful offensive line. Those are battles that should prepare both for the real games.
