Update: The Clippers lost by 21 points the last time they played the Nuggets. Since that victory over the Clippers on Feb. 2 at Staples Center, the Nuggets have lost eight of 11 games. The Nuggets have been without leading scorer Danilo Gallinari (17 points per game) for the last eight games because of a chip fracture in his left foot. He won’t play against the Clippers either. Forward-center Nene has sat out the last five games because of a left calf injury.
