Update: In a nationwide survey conducted by the U.S. Naval Academy media relations office, Cal State Northridge has the youngest team in the country in terms of playing experience, with 17 active players who have 11 total seasons of college basketball experience, an average of 0.65 years per player. Stephan Hicks leads the Matadors in scoring (18.4 points a game). Matadors freshman guard Landon Drew is the younger brother of UCLA senior guard Larry Drew II.
