Update: Miami has won eight of its last nine against the Lakers. The Heat has a better road record (9-9) than home mark (7-12), something that was on display Sunday with a surprising 104-90 victory over the Clippers at Staples Center. Chris Bosh had 34 points in that game, and center Hassan Whiteside added 23 points and 16 rebounds.
