Phil Jackson will host a book signing Monday at the Grove at Farmers Market for his recently released memoir “Eleven Rings: The Soul of Success.”

Barnes & Noble will host the event, giving out wristbands starting at 9:00 a.m. with the purchase of Jackson’s book.

The signing will take place at 7:00 p.m.

In addition to writing about his time as a player with the New York Knicks and coach for the Chicago Bulls, Jackson writes nine chapters on his experience with the Lakers.

The Hall-of-Fame coach focuses “a lot on (who else?) Kobe Bryant.” He also takes time to write about savoring the Lakers “beating the Celtics in 2010” and learning how to communicate with Metta World Peace.

Jackson has been making the rounds on television and radio recently to promote his memoir. He is also helping the Detroit Pistons as a consultant as it looks to hire a head coach.
