Two Lakers are questionable tonight against the Golden State Warriors: Kobe Bryant and D’Angelo Russell.
Bryant has missed the last two games because of a sore shoulder. Russell has been bothered by a sore throat and will see a doctor this afternoon.
Neither participated in the team’s Tuesday morning shoot-around, though Russell showed up before being sent home.
“If he feels as bad as he looked, there’s probably no way he’s going to play,” Lakers Coach Byron Scott said. “He looked bad.”
Bryant would be replaced by rookie Anthony Brown. Scott wasn’t sure which player would replace Russell.
The Lakers lost to Golden State, 111-77, in their only other meeting this season. Bryant made just one of 14 shots in that game.
