NBA roundup: Grizzlies push Warriors around for sixth consecutive win

Marc Gasol and Tony Allen each scored 19 points and the Memphis Grizzlies rolled over the Golden State Warriors, 110-89, Saturday night for their sixth consecutive victory.

The Grizzlies led by as many as 30 points in the second half, the biggest advantage by any Warriors opponent this season. Seven Memphis players finished in double figures.

Kevin Durant led Golden State with 21 points and Stephen Curry had 17 points. Curry and backcourt starter Klay Thompson (eight points) were a combined eight of 28 from the field, including three of 14 from long range.

Memphis built a double-digit lead in the first quarter and led, 61-38, at halftime.

at Cleveland 116, Charlotte 105: LeBron James scored 44 points to help the Cavaliers win their fourth consecutive game. He recorded his 7,000th assist, becoming the first frontcourt player to reach the plateau. James is the only player with 27,000 points and 7,000 assists.

at Houston 109, Dallas 87: James Harden had 18 points, 16 assists and nine rebounds, and the Rockets won their sixth game in a row, their first winning streak of that lenghth since Oct. 28-Nov. 6, 2014.

at Washington 110, Milwaukee 105: John Wall had 24 points and 11 assists, Bradley Beal had 20 points and the Wizards used a late 11-0 run to win for the third time in their last four games. Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 28 points and 13 rebounds.

at Chicago 105, Miami 100: Jimmy Butler scored 31 points, Dwyane Wade had 28 against his former team and the Bulls handed the Heat their fifth loss in a row..

at San Antonio 130, Brooklyn 101: Kawhi Leonard had 30 points and the Spurs made it 14 consecutive victories at home against the Nets.

at Indiana 118, Portland 111: Paul George made five three-point baskets and finished with 37 points for the Pacers. C.J. McCollumn made seven three-pointers and had 34 points for Portland, and Damian Lillard had 33 points behind five three-pointers.

Denver 121, at Orlando 113: Danilo Gallinari scored 21 points and the Nuggets sent the Magic to their third loss in a row. Evan Fournier led Orlando with 24 points.

at Utah 104, Sacramento 84: Rudy Gobert had 17 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks, and the Jazz overcame 22 turnovers.
