Striker Erick Torres sparked a surge by Chivas USA, which won four straight games before losing to D.C. United on Sunday. Torres has scored in six consecutive games, a franchise record. Deshorn Brown leads the way for Colorado with seven goals in his second MLS season but he is questionable for Friday’s game along with Jose Marl and Shane O’Neill. For Chivas USA, Bobby Burling, Thomas McNamara and Martin Rivero are out, and Eric Avila is questionable.
