Watch Lane Kiffin, Marqise Lee deliver ice cream to band
USC did not practice Thursday, but Coach Lane Kiffin and receiver Marqise Lee were still busy.
Kiffin and Lee drove an ice cream truck and delivered treats to the Trojan Marching Band.
“I’ve been doing this for 44 years,” band director Art Bartner said. “I’ve never seen anything like this. Now, on occasion we serve the kids ice cream.
“But I’ve never seen the head football coach drive onto our practice field.”
USC returns to practice today.
The Trojans open the season at Hawaii on Thursday.
