Barely more than a month after accepting a position to coach the defensive line at Missouri, former USC assistant Chris Wilson again is on the move.
Philadelphia Coach Doug Pederson told reporters Wednesday at the Senior Bowl that he hired Wilson to coach the Eagles defensive line.
Wilson, along with three other assistants, was fired by USC Coach Clay Helton last month following a loss to Stanford in the Pac-12 Conference title game.
Missouri hired Wilson two weeks later.
Wilson coached for two seasons at USC after he was hired by former coach Steve Sarkisian. Prior to joining the Trojans’ staff, Wilson held the same or similar posts at Georgia, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Colorado and Illinois State.
