Former USC cornerback Josh Shaw intercepts pass in Shrine game

Former USC cornerback Josh Shaw intercepted a pass during the East-West Shrine game Saturday at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.
Shaw, playing for the West team, intercepted a pass by East quarterback Taylor Heinicke of Old Dominion in the second quarter of the West’s 19-3 loss.
Shaw played in USC’s final three games after sitting out 10 games because of a suspension. He played against UCLA and Notre Dame and in the Holiday Bowl victory over Nebraska. He made 11 tackles for the season.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Shaw also will participate in the Senior Bowl next week in Mobile, Ala. Former Trojans linebacker Hayes Pullard also will participate in the Senior Bowl.
