Running back Melquise Stovall commits to Trojans

USC continued its run of commitments Friday as running back Melquise Stovall of Lancaster Paraclete High announced that he would join the Trojans.

“I want to thank every program that has offered me, its been a blessing. I have decided to commit to USC. Fight On!” Stovall wrote on Twitter.

Stovall, 5 feet 7 1/2 and 177 pounds, is the third player to commit to USC in the last three days.

Murrieta Mesa offensive lineman Nathan Smith announced his commitment on Wednesday. Santa Ana Mater Dei offensive lineman Frank Martin announced Thursday.

USC also has commitments from linebackers Daelin Hayes and Mique Juarez and tight end Isaac Garcia.
