USC morning football report

Fact of the day: USC is 8-0 in its football series against Colorado.
USC, ranked 22nd, plays Colorado on Saturday at the Coliseum.
USC -- 4-2 overall, 3-1 in the Pac-12 Conference -- is in first place in the Pac-12 South after defeating previously 10th-ranked Arizona, 28-26, in Tucson, Ariz., last weekend.
Colorado is 2-4 overall, 0-3 in the Pac-12. The Buffaloes had an open date last Saturday. They were defeated, 36-31, by Oregon State on Oct. 4.
