Marvell Tell, a defensive back from Encino Crespi High, announced his decision to attend USC on Saturday at the Army All-American Bowl.

“It’s where I feel like I fit for the next four years,” said Tell, who chose the Trojans over Texas A&M and Oregon.

Tell, 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds, was the second defensive back to commit to USC at the Army Bowl. Riverside Poly’s Ykili Ross also announced.
