Readers Recommend: When in Rome, stay at Daphne Inn and eat at Moma
A good friend and I had a delightful week in Rome at the end of September. We stayed at the lovely Daphne Inn, a boutique hotel near the Piazza Barberini. Rates were reasonable for such elegant and friendly digs, about $270 per night. Up the street is an excellent restaurant and wine bar called Moma, with wonderful food, charming service and fair prices. I highly recommend both.
