Attention, shoppers: The first Festival of Fashion at the Forum Shops at Caesars will be held Sept. 6 and 7. Let the retail frenzy begin.
Dozens of stores will participate in the festival. Fashion shows will be 7-10 p.m. Sept. 6 and 1-3 p.m. and 7-10 p.m. Sept. 7 near the mall’s Caesars Palace entrance.
There, the traditional runway will be replaced by a giant, slowly spinning record on which models will present the latest designs while a DJ spins rock ‘n’ roll favorites.
At the Fountain of the Gods, a popular stop for tourists, makeup experts from Dior Beauty and Sephora will be offering tips and touch-ups, and glitzed-up guests will be able to participate in Hollywood-style fashion shoots.
More than 70 shops will have in-store activities such as guest appearances and product demonstrations. The range of participating stores includes women’s clothier Agent Provocateur, shoe designer Donald J Pliner and Vilebrequin, a seller of upscale men’s swimwear.
Several restaurants at¿ the Forum Shops will be serving special drinks and food items.
Updates will be posted on the shopping mall’s Facebook page.
