Try a modern guided walking tour along Spain’s ancient Camino de Santiago

Interested in walking the Camino de Santiago but don’t want to do it unescorted? Country Walkers is offering a small-group guided tour that presents the best scenery along the Way of St. James, the ancient pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela in Spain’s northwest corner.

Highlights of the nine-day itinerary include the cathedrals at Burgos and Santiago, both UNESCO World Heritage sites; the cathedral and bishop’s palace, designed by Antoni Gaudi, in the city of Astorga; the prehistoric site at Ataperca and the coastal town of Muxia. Walks average five to nine miles a day.
