Snowboarder Jamie Anderson, who won Olympic gold in the slopestyle event at the 2014 Games in Sochi, Russia, will kick off the pool party season Sunday at the Palazzo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Anderson and athletes Kaitlyn Farrington, who won gold for the women’s halfpipe at Sochi, and Chanelle Sladics will appear at the season’s grand opening party at the hotel’s Azure Luxury Pool. Norway’s Kjersti Buaas, who ruptured a muscle during a tough tumble in slopestyle competitions in Sochi in February, also will attend.

Guests will be able to mingle with the athletes during the party that begins at 1 p.m. Last year Olympic gold medal swimmer Ryan Lochte celebrated his 29th birthday at the Palazzo’s pool.
