The hows and whys of sustainable agriculture will be part of a new series of Pacific Northwest cruises next year through the Columbia River Gorge that traces some of Lewis and Clark’s route. Participants will hike, bike and kayak to explore the natural wonders of the area and also visit a family-owned farm and regional wineries to get a firsthand look at sustainable farming practices. Meals will reflect this emphasis on regional food, wine and beer.
