As the Statue of Liberty prepares to reopen to visitors on July 4, one Manhattan hotel brand is ready with a Lady Liberty package. The Hotel @ Times Square and Broadway @ Times Square are offering rooms starting at $225 a night that include reimbursement to guests holding sightseeing tickets to the statue’s crown.

The deal: The offer favors travelers who already have tickets to visit the statue’s crown. (I had a hard time finding times and dates available in late July and early August). The offer requires a two-night minimum stay and is available only by phone when you ask for the Lady Liberty package.

The package comes with daily breakfast, a bottle of water and reimbursement of crown tickets for up to $40 for two adults in a room with a queen-sized bed or $64 for two adults and two children in a room with two double beds (prices start at $252 a night).

When: The offer is good July 4 to Aug. 31.

Tested: I called and found the package available for a queen room July 21-24 and July 28-31 for $225 plus tax. Rooms in the same time frame cost $213 a night plus tax, so for a little more you receive the ticket reimbursement perk. I also found the package available for four from Aug. 2-5 with two double beds for $255 plus tax. Note the package applies only to crown tickets, not just a visit to Liberty Island or the base.
