  • Bellagio Block Party: Cured, Smoked, Braised, Grilled and Toasted. This event, which begins at 8 p.m. May 10 at Bellagio, will feature food from such renowned chefs as Todd English, Julian Serrano and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Admission is $165 per person.

Beverage pairings are included at many of the meals. Vegas Uncork’d boasts one of the world’s largest gathering of master sommeliers.
