The Venetian renovates its 3,000 suites

Share

The swanky Venetian just completed a renovation of all 3,000 of its suites.

The improvements include new paint, wall coverings, furniture, carpeting and larger format televisions. Desks were fitted with a media hub system with A/C- and USB-charging stations for phones and laptops.

Energy-efficient lightbulbs that use less energy while providing more total light output make the rooms brighter.

In the hallways, richer contemporary colors and increased lighting levels highlight the corridors.

The large 1,500-square-foot hospitality suites now feature an outdoor courtyard, along with a 600-square-foot living space, bathroom, semi-formal dining area, private bedroom, bar with stools, stocked refreshment center, full-size sofa sleeper, a 42-inch and two 32-inch flat-screen televisions and personal fax/printer/copier.

The standard suites, which measure 720 square feet, feature a king-size bed, living room, full-size sofa sleeper in most suites, remote-controlled Roman shades and curtains, a 42-inch flat-screen television in the bedroom, 32-inch television in the living room, a 20-inch television in the bathroom and personal fax/printer/copier in most suites.

Bella Suites have two queen-size beds instead of a king-size bed.

This is the first renovation at the Venetian since the Palazzo opened in 2009.

Rates start at $149 per night.
